"desc": " 施勝凱香舖──位於士林小西街上,在士林夜市商圈中屹立不搖的秘密究竟是甚麼呢?<br> 香鋪建立於一九八八年,老闆施勝凱先生從小都是在經營香舖的家中渡過,即使高中就讀的是智光商工技工科,也無法澆滅他對經商的心,經歷過各項業務的他最終還是回到了香舖事業中,原先在內湖落腳卻遇到了長達五年的疫情衝擊,老闆才決定搬遷到士林的倉庫繼續振作。 老闆非常的喜愛玉石,也很喜歡到國外尋找沉香原料的旅程,因此在店鋪中的特色商品就是他將玉石與沉木結合自身的技工學業,車出一串串圓潤的手環與飾品,維持高品質的商品給客戶,這是老闆施勝凱的堅持。而也因為他的經驗與匠心,將香舖打造成士林區的獨特名片。",

"desc": "<div> 隨著時代的發展和變化,施勝凱香鋪作為一個傳統香鋪也面對著無法忽視的問題,其中影響最大的就是環保議題、疫情的影響還有客群的減少和變化,但是施勝凱香鋪並沒有因為受到諸多時代的衝擊和挑戰就停下步伐,也沒有固守自己以前的經營方式,在時代的洪流中積極尋找解決方式是施勝凱香鋪完成逆襲的重要原因。<br></div><div> 在疫情的衝擊下,不管是進貨還是與客人交流,施勝凱香鋪都採取了線上的方式,如LINE和微信等方式和客人等進行交流,通過郵寄的方式來寄送貨物。施勝凱香鋪也保留自己傳統產業的同時積極探索存續下去的方法,積極進行產業的轉型升級。如老闆娘的回答:“好在我們現在很發達, 用手機線上訂(微信、line), 然後進行郵寄。以及在老闆進貨方面,也是採取線上的手段,老闆娘回答:因為沒有打疫苗,所以沒有辦法出國去進貨,進貨都是老闆在看, 他以前是去山上看, 後來就會跟熟悉的, 像印度跟泰國的, 那邊他們在收購的, 他會拍給老闆看,其實要聞是比較準確的, 合作那麼久, 因為沒辦法就只能用看了。</div><div> 面對時代帶來的衝擊,施勝凱香鋪也在保留自己傳統產業的同時積極探索存續下去的方法,積極進行產業的轉型升級,如在商品的部分,在原來色香材料批發的基礎上,老闆也同時在做沉木和沉香生意,比起普通的原材料,高級沉木和沉香有著更穩定的市場,同時也不會被環保議題所影響,沉木的行程是一個漫長的過程,所以它的價格會越漲越高,市場也會越來越稀缺,在沉木和沉香外,老闆也會經營一些沉木製品,他的學習經歷使他有著打磨切割和車珠子的手藝,這些製品在現在也越來越受歡迎。</div><div>施勝凱香鋪在時代的變遷中尋求到了自己的方法就是將重點轉移到沉木方面,好的沉木會越來越少,所以經營優質的沉木是一個很好的機會,讓一間在士林的傳統香鋪沒有摒棄掉傳統的同時又有了新的發展機會,在我們的訪談中,老闆向我們展示了他的沉木製品,據採訪,他也會自己車沉木珠子做成手串等製品來售賣。時代會帶給傳統產業衝擊,但是良心的經營以及對於市場風向的把控讓施勝凱香鋪在時代的洪流中得以存續下來,並且吸引了世界各地的客人。</div>",

"desc": "<div> 施勝凱香舖在堅守傳統的同時,香舖經營慢慢在發生改變,沈香生意逐漸成為施老闆的經營重心。關於老闆最初如何接觸到沈香的批發渠道,這其中還有一段奇遇故事。有一位來自越南,在銘傳大學交換的學生主動聯繫了施老闆。「因為他老爸是在越南做沉香,我們高級的沉香原料大部分都是越南的,那時候他來念書了之後來找我了兩三次,我都不在,因為那時候我常跑國外。第四次才碰到,碰到就跟他接觸,跟他合作做沉香,我就到越南去,到山上那邊採購這樣子。」隨著批發渠道的開發,老闆更多的接觸到沈木生意。並且經營的沉木不僅限於原先的樣貌,老闆會自行加工,將沉木原料加工成沉木珠子,最後把沉木串成手鍊等商品進行銷售。<br></div><div> 製香業作為典型的傳統產業,在今天面臨著一些發展困難。關於製香業的管理政策方面,商人與政府都存在困擾。「這項行業政府有矛盾,這項行業原本是應該需要保護。但在國外都有開放進口進來,可是本來這些本土香的品質都很棒,比如說小孩子收驚的時候所用到的香,它的香灰還可以做藥,裡面基本的原料都有中藥材,可是保護本土的原料是收不到稅金的,所以政府也很矛盾。 」</div><div> 傳統依然在不斷延續。老闆娘認為,香文化的根基來自於人們對祭祀與修身的需求。「這種傳統的還是會有他的根本存在,因為我覺得應該是不會,會不好是一定會,因為木現在越來越少,可是我覺得這種行業,因為每個人都要拜祖先(所以有需求的)」並且,隨著環保意識與養生觀念的發展,優質的沈香憑藉其特殊的香氣與療效,在現代生活中依然發揮著廣泛的價值。未來,施勝凱香舖將持續專注於沈香原料的經營,同時探索更多可能性,讓這一縷青煙承載著士林香舖的精神永續。</div>",
