"desc": "<u></u><b></b>利嘉部落在 2019 年與林物局合作調查部落的生活植物,並將其紀錄出版成書,裡面記錄的植物有部份有寫到實用及料理方法,但實際生活上卻鮮少出現在各自家中餐桌,此外,部落還有許多特色飲食因不同家族口味及配料都會有顯著的變化,因此我們將部落的飲食文化做為本計畫的重點,透過紀錄料理方式,整理出懷念的食物與味道,並試圖將食物料理重現。",
